This evaluation is a tool created by licensed occupational therapists (OT/L) to assist other OT/Ls in evaluating an individual’s handwriting. This is not a standardized assessment.. This is created to make the process of evaluating handwriting simpler and more organized, while maintaining the thoroughness that OTs are known for.

The All-in-One Occupational Therapy Handwriting Evaluation can be utilized as a whole, or a therapist may decide to only utilize certain aspects. That is up to the discretion of the therapist and the context of their evaluation.
