Therapists and teachers are short on time, so we designed a quick and effective sensory screening tool to identify how sensory processing difficulties may impact a student’s performance. This resource simplifies the sensory screening process and can complement standardized assessments.

- 1-Page Teacher Questionnaire: Focuses on sensory processing, emotional regulation, and behavior, with rating scales and space for notes.
Description
We can all agree that as therapists, our schedules are busy enough as it is (can we get an amen?!) We’ll also agree that our fellow teachers are hard pressed for time as well. So when it came to creating a simple but effective screening for how sensory processing difficulties may be impacting a student’s performance, we knew efficiency was key!
We made this resource with the intention to outline the sensory screening process, or to serve as an extra guide in addition to standardized assessment(s) for identifying potential factors that impact a child’s performance.

- 1 pg Print + Go Sensory Processing Screening for Teachers: Covers all 8 systems (tactile, proprioception, vestibular, visual, gustatory and olfactory, auditory and interoception), along with additional sensory observations and responses!
- 1 pg Print + Go Questionnaire for Teachers: Covers general sensory processing, emotional regulation and behavioral observations. Additional space is provided for notes (if applicable), along with separate rating scales for teachers to indicate the impact each domain has on their student’s participation in their classroom.
